We assist you from the initial search through to completion at the notary, practically and legally. In practice this level is required for purchases with a mortgage, cortijos and rural properties, homes that are not correctly registered or have extensions, and purchases that need investigation before an offer.

The legal work normally carried out by a lawyer during a purchase, plus guidance through to the notary, document translations and interpreting. Within our service area we visit the property ourselves: documents do not always tell the whole story.
