About Roffa
We do not believe in departments that work in isolation. When you buy, sell, renovate or deal with a legal property matter, you often need several specialists. A purchase may raise legal questions. A renovation can affect a property's value. A sale may depend on a legalisation.
That is why we work as one team. Real estate, legal services, renovations, administration, marketing and client support strengthen each other every day, with one goal: helping clients make confident decisions about their property in Spain.

Daniel & Paula
Roffa began with Daniel and Paula, two people from Rotterdam who eventually found their home in Andalusia. Although they lead the company together, they have very different backgrounds and strengths: while Daniel asks how something should be done, Paula is usually wondering why it does not already exist. Together they combine strategy with execution.
They have experienced Spain from many perspectives: small mountain villages, rural cortijos, residential developments, detached villas with pools and the historic centre of a coastal town. So they understand that every property, every location and every stage of life comes with different needs. Buying, selling, renovating and solving property issues is more than work to them. Sometimes it feels like a hobby.

Daniel
Founder · executionDaniel is the practical one. With experience as a carpenter, pipefitter, plumber, electrician and contractor, he feels most at home when turning plans into reality. He also has extensive experience as a conflict mediator and coach for municipalities, neighbourhood associations and private clients. He brings calm, structure and a practical approach to every challenge.

Paula
Founder · legalPaula is constantly looking ahead. With a legal background, years of entrepreneurial experience and a strong interest in real estate, taxation and finance, she is often the first to recognise new opportunities. While Daniel asks how something should be done, Paula is usually wondering why it does not already exist.

Adrian
Office managerThere is a good chance you will speak with Adrian sooner or later. Trained as a chef, he also studied photography and spent years managing hospitality businesses. Born and raised in Granada, he later lived in Iceland for several years, which gives him the ability to communicate effortlessly with people from many cultures.
At Roffa, Adrian makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. For many sellers he is the first point of contact; for many buyers one of the last, as he regularly accompanies clients to the notary and ensures every purchase is completed correctly. He also plays an important role in presenting our properties.

Anneke
Client supportBuying a property in Spain involves a great deal of information, decisions and sometimes uncertainty. Anneke helps our clients stay on top of it all. After a long career in education she knows how important clear communication is: someone who explains things calmly, answers questions and makes sure everyone has the same information.
Anneke mainly supports our buyers but is also involved in renovation and sales projects. She lives on a cortijo about thirty minutes from the coast and understands both the benefits and the challenges of rural living.

Begoña
LawyerTogether with Paula, Begoña forms the legal heart of Roffa. She is a registered lawyer with the Granada Bar Association and advises clients on real estate, inheritances, residency procedures and other international cases, with extensive experience of what international clients ask and expect.
Her greatest strength is her practical approach. Rather than focusing on why something cannot be done, she looks for the best possible solution.

José Manuel
Sales agentManuel is our Spanish-speaking estate agent. While some agents wait for properties to come onto the market, Manuel usually already knows what is happening. He knows the region, its residents and the stories behind many homes. Much of his work takes place in the villages and neighbourhoods where he is in daily contact with owners.
For Spanish sellers, Manuel is often the familiar face of Roffa.

Wijnand
Project supportWhen a renovation project runs smoothly, there is a good chance Wijnand played a part in it. He ensures our building teams have the right materials, assists with purchasing and helps find practical solutions whenever projects become complex. Within the team he is known as our DIY expert, problem solver and in-house philosopher.
Alongside his work for Roffa he is involved in a vineyard in Las Alpujarras and an artist residency in Polopos. His experience with rural projects gives him a unique understanding of life and business in inland Andalusia.
Herman
Carpenter & plumberHerman is our technical specialist. Born and raised in the Netherlands before spending many years on Bonaire, he brought a wealth of technical experience to Spain. Within our renovation projects he is responsible for carpentry, plumbing and a wide variety of technical work, known for his practical mindset and his ability to find solutions where others mainly see problems.
Peter
All-round craftsmanPeter is our long-standing self-employed partner. Although he has been part of the team for many years, he has consciously chosen to remain independent. Originally from Hungary and now completely at home on the Costa Tropical, he supports our renovation projects as an all-round craftsman and is completing his electrical certification.
Together with a group of volunteers he cares for the street cats of Salobreña: it is not unusual to see him after work with traps, kittens or carriers on his way to the vet.
Manolo
PainterManolo is a true Salobreñero. Born and raised in Salobreña, he knows the region inside out. Within our renovation team he is responsible for painting and finishing. No project is too large and no detail too small: he works meticulously, thinks ahead and makes sure the right materials are used before work begins. Outside work he is often found fishing from the beach.
Francisco
Accounting & administrationFrancisco makes sure everything adds up. After studying commercial economics he worked in Málaga before spending almost eight years in the Netherlands, including DHL's customs department, where he gained experience with administrative processes, regulations and international documentation.
Within Roffa he supports accounting and administration and assists clients with tax returns and other obligations around property transactions. He divides his time between Spain and Peru.
Bastiaan
Marketing & social mediaSince 2025 Bastiaan has been responsible for much of Roffa's marketing and social media. He divides his time between the Netherlands, where he works as an event organiser, and the Costa Tropical, where he is involved in the marketing of one of the coast's best-known hospitality businesses. He brings creativity, energy and a fresh perspective, knows how to translate a story into visuals, and provides plenty of humour within the team.
Working without language barriers
Our clients come from many countries. Together our team speaks Dutch, Spanish, English, German, Icelandic and Hungarian, so we can assist most international clients in the language they feel comfortable with.
Stronger together
Behind every purchase, sale, renovation or legal property matter stands a team of people with different backgrounds, qualifications and experiences. It is precisely this combination that lets us look beyond a single aspect of a case and find solutions that genuinely work.
That is the strength of Roffa.
What clients say about us
“At the end of March, a dream came true: a beautiful home in a beautiful little village in the hills of Los Guájares. From the beginning until now, professional and reliable support from Paula and Daniel of Roffa Soluciones. Enormously grateful.”
Sabrina “We are extremely happy with Roffa's guidance in buying our house in Spain. As we did not speak the language and knew little about the legal rules, emigrating to Spain was a daunting undertaking. Thanks to the expert and patient support of Daniël and Paula, our move went smoothly and we were able to buy our dream home without much worry. What made the difference for us was that we could turn to them with all our questions, including the personal ones, and still can. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to buy a house in Spain!”
Sjoerd “Paula and Daniel helped us buy a lovely village house on the Costa Tropical. Were there several homes for sale in a village within our budget? Then they arranged an extra viewing. There was a little gem among them for us, and then things moved fast! We completed in April, and in the meantime Paula and Daniel took care of everything administrative and legal. Even after completion they are still there for us. They think along, they are approachable and, not unimportantly, expert and professional.”
