Many people immediately think of a complete renovation. In practice that is often unnecessary. We look not only at what is technically possible, but at what makes sense within your budget and what genuinely adds value.

Some investments pay back immediately: outdated electrics, plumbing, bathrooms. In other cases a full renovation simply is not needed. We have completed projects where only part of a kitchen was replaced, yet the finished space looked entirely new.

For clients buying a property with renovation plans, we advise during the purchase on possibilities, costs and feasibility. The goal of a renovation is not to renovate as much as possible. The goal is to make the right decisions.

No middleman: we carry out the work ourselves

Many renovation companies act as intermediaries and subcontract the work. We work differently. We have our own employees, equipment, company vehicles and the necessary insurance to carry out the work ourselves, which gives us control over quality, planning and execution.

Only when highly specialised work is required do we collaborate with trusted partners.

More than just the construction work

Depending on the project, permits, declaraciones responsables or technical documentation may be required before work can begin. We guide you through this too. When an architect is needed, we work with experienced professionals, so you do not have to work out which steps are required.
