What data we process

When you email or call us, we process the data you give us (name, email address, phone number and the content of your message) to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to carry out the engagement. Legal basis and retention

We process your data on the basis of your request (pre-contractual measures) and, for an engagement, the contract and the legal obligations that come with it (tax, anti-money-laundering rules for property transactions). Enquiries without follow-up are kept for at most one year; client files for as long as the law requires.

Who we share data with

Only with the parties needed for your file (notary, bank, lawyer, cadastre, registries, authorities) and with our own providers for email and storage. The contact forms we link to are provided by Google (Google Forms) under Google's privacy terms.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object by emailing hola@roffa.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
